   4. Terms and Conditions are Binding on all Purchases 
      1. All orders are deemed offers for You to purchase our products or/and services. Sprinklers may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in Your order. Sprinklers’ acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on Your assent to these Terms and Sprinklers’ Privacy Policy.
      2. Sprinklers reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honouring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar You from making or completing any or all sale transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide You with any product or service.

You agree that by placing an order on the Website, You are entering into a binding contract with Sprinklers and agree to pay all charges and taxes that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping, taxes and handling charges.
   5. Product Information and Inventory
      Excluding any content that may be submitted by You from time to time, Sprinklers strives to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, and other errors or inaccuracies, which Sprinklers may correct without liability. Sprinklers also reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by You and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged). Sprinklers do not guarantee that all products described on the Website will be available.
   6. Payment
      All payments must be received by Sprinklers prior to shipment of the Order. Sprinklers accepts payment by net banking, credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery.
   7. Order Processing
      1. Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within two Business Days for stock held readily at Sprinklers’ warehouse. The delivery timeline for Personalised products may be 20 business days excluding shipping. For the purpose of this Term, the term “Business Days” shall mean, Saturday and Sunday, Indian Bank Holidays.
      2. Sprinklers provides expedited shipping upon the customer opting for the same at checkout.
   8. Shipping and Handling
      1. Subject to return of products under Clause 9 (a)(i), Sprinklers offers standard & Express shipping all over India on all pre-packed boxes and products. For the purpose of this clause 8, pre-packed boxes shall mean and include such boxes, bags, and packages that are curated, designed and packed by Sprinklers exclusively. Standard shipping and express shipping options are available on all products, based on availability, and shall be charged in addition to the price of the selected product. Such shipping fees shall be as displayed on product checkout.
      2. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Sprinklers is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to You upon the product(s) delivery or service rendered to You.
      3. Shop orders, ready in stock, will ship within 2 (two) Business Days of being processed as per clause 7 for all in-stock items. Sprinklers will email Your tracking information as soon as possible.
   9. Order Changes and Cancellation
      1. Any product additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details.
      2. Orders cancelled before shipment, shall be charged a restocking fee 5% of the order value. Orders cannot be cancelled once product(s) have been shipped. Personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
      3. Sprinklers may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve Your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by You.
      4. Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers and Personalised Products.
   10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
       The Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or/and relating to the Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Chandigarh.
